“What if our limited perception is preventing us f “What if our limited perception is preventing us from seeing the miraculous ways the Universe can bring our desires to fruition?
Trusting the unknown requires a paradigm shift. It is about recognizing that our conscious minds, amazing as they are, are limited in their capacity to understand and control the complex workings of the Universe. By trusting in the unknown, we are not giving up control-we’re tapping into a higher intelligence that can orchestrate events in ways far beyond our imagination.”

A soul who trusts the unknown pulls miracles from thin air.

A soul who masters their human mind is a magnet for constant magic.

A soul who understands surrender watches the Universe exceed their wildest dreams.

A soul who has the ability to let go when they can t see the outcome is magnetic.

It looks like I found all the pieces of the puzzle It looks like I found all the pieces of the puzzle! Now, I just need to put everything together 😅 and that’s going to be challenging…it never gets easier lol but I mean, I didn’t train, the mind, body and soul for nothing “In order to "know itself", it needs to divide into billions of tiny parts (like a fractal) and for those parts to have consciousness” #iamhealthyandfit #love #freedom

The feeling you get when you find a family for a s The feeling you get when you find a family for a sweet dog named Amber! 😅I know I said I wasn’t going to foster anymore after rescuing Luna (I actually fostered 2 more dogs after Luna and it wasn’t easy let me tell you!) but someone sent me a message asking for help. Amber was going to get euthanized the following day. I said yes without knowing what I was getting myself into. The rescue asked me to foster for 3 months. I said ok…and my voice inside told me: “Are you sure?” Me: no! 😂 But I asked them to send me as much info and picture of her so I can start asking around and share on NextDoor. Amber arrived at my place on December 15th. She was so calm and docile! No barking, just a playful chill dog. Wow! I actually thought about keeping her but I rather find families that have big yards where the dogs can run and sunbathe. I am always on the run and not always home and I don’t have a yard. When Amber was with me, I would let her roam around but when I had to leave, I had to put her in her Kennel. I don’t like dogs to be in cages. Anyway, to make the story short, Amber found a very nice family that wanted to adopt her! On December, 21st, I dropped her off to meet her new family. The wanted to keep her for a few hours to see if it was a good fit. An hour later they sent me a message and said they wanted go keep her!! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO AMBER…and Me! 🎄 Amber now has a little brother, a little sister, and a mom and dad! The kids were so kind and lovely to Amber!! My heart was melting! When I was about to leave, the little kids were, “thank you so much” “Merry Christmas” awww 🥹❤️❤️❤️ I will share more about her story on my blog. By the way…wearing my fav Sweatshirt by @californiasurfexperience The landscape work behind me by @leonslandscaping 👌🏼

Some people ask me if I am not afraid of hurting m Some people ask me if I am not afraid of hurting my feet. Me: 1. ah! I almost stepped on a snake 😬 once. 2. I hit a rock, and my toe was bleeding. (You can easily break a toe) I kept walking regardless. My thoughts after this: “I would just let the blood dry until I get to the top. The dry blood with protect the wound.” 2. I don’t know why, but a thorn got inside my shoes somehow. I always hike without shoes to the top of the mountain. When I go down the mountain, I run it down with my shoes, of course. When I put on my shoes, I felt a little rock inside my shoes, but I kept running until… I felt a sharp pain on my right toe. To my surprise, there was a thorn inside my shoe, and it went inside my toe. I thought it was a small one, but when I removed it, it wasa bit long! It hurt like a 🙊🫨 The deeper the cut, the more blood came out! I just put on my shoes and kept running down. It was hurting, but I can tolerate pain. When you accustom your body to be uncomfortable, bearable pain doesn’t bother you as much.
🏞️The beauty of walking barefoot is that it also helps your immune system. — Since I started grounding, I am thankful to have been healthy for the last two years. No flu, no nothing! — If you ask me, when was the last time I got sick? When I got Covid. Grounding also made me realize that it is not us who have the superpowers! It is Earth and the sun! Why? It is not only the food that helps the body with energy, nor coffee, energy drinks, etc. If you do something that puts the body to the extreme, even with little water, little food, it is because you are getting the energy from the sun (and you get more energy if you do grounding) I do believe most of this energy comes from these two. Just a little percentage from food (but the right foods of course, like high-electric foods) I know, I talk about this a lot 🙄 I am just fascinated by this subject ha! On other news. I had to clean up my Instagram pictures (all of the photos splits because Instagram changed the sizing 😐 but will repost again. Me signing to the mountains. 👉🏼 “You ROCK my world 🏞️

I AM A SOLAR (AND GROUNDING) POWERED HUMAN BEING! I AM A SOLAR (AND GROUNDING) POWERED HUMAN BEING! ☀️🔋💪🏼
I don’t know, guys, but ever since I started hiking barefoot (grounding), spending more time outdoors in the sun without sunblock, doing cold plunges, and practicing yoga, my whole body has transformed to a 2.0 version of itself! And it’s not just physical—it’s been a physiological and spiritual shift too. It only took me two years to figure this out! Ha! (Actually since 2012 😬)
I understand this path isn’t for everyone, but finding my truth required deep mental, physical, and spiritual work. It’s been a journey of self-discovery that took commitment on every level…Since I started grounding and stopped using sunblock, my body has gone through a complete transformation. I don’t get hungry the way I used to. Now I eat just one meal a day, and I can comfortably fast for 15 hours during the week and around 20 hours on weekends—without feeling tired, even after working out.

During the week, I train for 1–2 hours. On weekends, I usually hike for about an hour and a half, then swim for 1–2 hours, and go to a 90-minute Bikram yoga class. Sometimes I add the ‘Open Your Spine’ class—because that class is therapeutic to me, and I can’t skip it! And I do all of this on an empty stomach. And people still think they need 3 Meals a day and snacks in between? Or meat to survive? Just saying!

You can read more in my blog. The link is in my bio! (I sounded so IG) I’m the feral child of God! Yes, IAM! #grounding #sun iamhealthyandfit
We are not moving to a new level…we are moving to We are not moving to a new level…we are moving to a new dimension 🙌🏼 We have no option but to turn into super humans… if we want our bodies to be more resilient, survive and adapt to changes easily you have to do things differently. Hiking Barefooted, cold plunges…and yoga. Transforming the body from inside out… On others news! My Instagram was restricted 😬(Don’t ask why lol) I wasn’t able to post anything, but we are back! Bam! 💥👊🏼

You don’t even know how good it feels to rest one You don’t even know how good it feels to rest one week of doing absolutely nothing… no swimming, no running, no hiking, no yoga…. 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 It felt like a well deserved week off! (Thinking about another week off ha!) My body needed it. 🙌🏼 except this weekend lol I ran this event with my family. It was really nice and fun, especially when all your family is there! We were the @palmspringslifemagazine team! We will try for the podium next year! 😁😜 But, let me tell you my story about this run. While I was running, I was passing a kid and he asked me “how far are we from the finish line?” I looked at my watch and said “just 1.5 miles” It looked like he was getting tired so I said to him, “do you want to run it together?” He said, yes. Hehe! I wanted to push him to run a bit faster but he actually pushed me lol I told him almost at the end “run fast!” “run fast! He did! Hehe! Let the magic happen! 🙌🏼 “the magic you are lookin Let the magic happen! 🙌🏼 “the magic you are looking for is in the work you are avoiding” When you work on yourself, (your body, your mind and soul) in other words, when you choose to walk the spiritual path, you will become internally very powerful. No external force will be able to destroy you or make you doubt about who you are. You can be in a room with the enemy and he won’t do anything to you because you already know how to work with the energies. You adjust accordingly. I took martial arts many years ago and realized now what My teacher taught me: “you don’t fight against the negative force. You move with that force and redirect it. No harm involved. 🙌🏼 amazing right? Everything is energy! ⚡️And you also know that whatever harm is intended to you, that energy will return to them but with a massive force. It is our responsibility to do the internal work first so that way we can be more conscious of our actions 🙌🏼 “If an egg is broken by outside force, life ends. If broken by inside force, life begins. Great things always begin from inside.” Life is constantly testing me, but I am happy to know what I know, what I am learning and where I am going in life. #knowthyself #iamhealthyandfit #yoga #vinyasayoga #sport #life #love #fun #coachella #run #ride #swim #oceanlife #triathlon #bike #hike

Good thing I am an open water swimmer! 🙌🏼 😉 but Swimming in the ocean is never easy let me tell you! I also get a bit nervous because getting in and out of the ocean is truly an adventure! You really have to know how to manage the waves or else lol I was supposed to come to surf the last two weekends ago with Emily but it didn’t happen…but talking about synchronicities! Ryan from @californiasurfexperience posted a video on October 9th about hosting a client appreciation Free surf (they also said free donuts and coffee! 😜) It was my birthday week so I took it as a gift. lol I also got an amazing sweatshirt from them! Thank you! 🙌🏼 Jumping into the ocean now feels like second nature! The water temperature was around 60 degrees so it was perfect! I’m glad to get to know people who love the ocean just as much as I do! 🙌🏼 🌊 Thank you, Ryan! Read that again. 🤔 I am going to share some of my favorite vegan food restaurants in the desert! My Top vegan burger award goes to @nativefoodscafe 🥇👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼This meatless chicken really tastes and smells like real chicken! It is a must try! You won’t be disappointed. 🙌🏼 Sharing the love for vegan food! 🙌🏼🌱🍉🍊🍋 Because being healthy starts with the food you choose to eat. Helping the environment and saving the animals! When you eat clean, you are mentally and physically stronger and of course you feel happier and healthier. I don’t do perfect vegan but I can say I am 100% closer to achieving it.
